I love the scent of anise and was looking forward to a strong spicy/sweet scent but this is very subtle and fades fast. Within 15 minutes the scent was almost gone. I've tried other single note scents like coconut that refused to fade! The actual smell is great but I will have to reapply it every hour if I want anyone to notice it. Too bad it is really a nice soft scent.
