1. Easy 30-Day Return Window

• Eligibility: You may return any new, unopened, and unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Late returns: Items shipped after the 30-day window will be refused and returned to sender.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Fragrance samples and decants

• Products that have been opened, sprayed, or otherwise used

• Gift cards and promotional items marked “final sale”

3. How to Start a Return

1. Request a Return ID:

   • Call us at (818) 817-0880 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM PT) or

   • Submit a request via the Contact Us page.

2. Prepare your package:

   • Place the item(s) in the original packaging (or comparable protective box).

   • Include a short note with your Return ID, order number, full name, phone, and email.

3. Ship within 7 days of receiving your Return ID to:

Tip: We recommend an insured, trackable service (UPS, USPS Priority, etc.). Parfums Raffy is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

• Once your return arrives, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks typically post the credit within 5-10 business days.

• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

• Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

• Order not received after 14 days (U.S.) or 45 days (international)? Reach out and we’ll trace or reship your package.
