1. Order Processing

Customs & Duties: Import taxes, VAT, brokerage, or handling fees levied by your country are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Packages refused due to duties will be treated as returns (see Return Policy) and all outbound/return freight charges will be deducted from any refund.
5. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

After dispatch: UPS charges for re-routing or correcting an address are passed through at cost.

Undeliverable or refused shipments: Outbound and return freight plus any customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

P.O. Boxes: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; please select a physical street address or choose USPS where available.
6. Shipping Damage or Loss

Inspect shipments upon arrival. Report visible damage within 48 hours with photos.
7. Weather & Service Interruptions
Severe weather, peak-season congestion, and international events (e.g., COVID-19 backlogs) can extend transit times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on any material delays.
